Gastronomy in Albox

Historical heritage determines a cuisine with special flavors. Albox's gastronomy bases its dishes on the raw materials in its region. Typical dishes include migas, porridge, gurullos, stews and balls, as well as signature dishes prepared in the kitchens of local restaurants. The common denominator is the use of local ingredients such as tomato, onion, garlic, pepper, potatoes, chickpeas, pork, rabbit, black pudding and of course olive oil.
